General objective
Design and prioritise actions, measures, and initiatives that promote the agency of girls and women with disabilities from culturally minoritised groups in the educational, employment, and family spheres.
Specific objectives
To map the progress
in the fundamental rights of girls and women with disabilities from culturally minoritised groups through an intersectional and multisectoral analysis in a collaborative manner.
To define priorities
that reflect the needs and demands of girls and women with disabilities from culturally minoritised groups, as well as the barriers and enablers in educational, employment, and socio-family community services, through dialogue spaces to advance the design of innovative, plural, and inclusive proposals.
To democratise research processes
from an interdisciplinary and intersectoral perspective through the participation of girls and women with disabilities from culturally minoritised groups and the exchange of best practices in inclusive research.
To create a support network
for girls and women with disabilities from culturally minoritised groups and for the services that accompany them in educational, employment, or socio-family processes, aiming to scale and exchange knowledge and experiences that influence public policies.

OBJECTIVE: Establish a common conceptual and theoretical framework for the project, by enabling the intersection and dialogue between theoretical perspectives.
DELIVERABLES:
1- Critical archive on disability and intersectionality with a common dictionary of core definitions.
2- International comparative report on the rights of girls and women with disabilities from culturally minoritised groups.
